Chiropractor

DR. IVAN SANCHEZ, D.C.

Born and raised in the South Bay, Dr. Ivan Sanchez discovered chiropractic care after suffering a serious neck injury in high school. After experiencing significant relief through chiropractic treatment, he developed a passion for helping others heal naturally and improve their quality of life through chiropractic care.

Dr. Ivan takes a whole-body approach to health, focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms. He has a special interest in treating nerve-related conditions, including pinched nerves, disc injuries, sciatica, numbness, and tingling. Family wellness and prenatal care are also important areas of focus. More than 10 years ago, Dr. Sanchez and his wife, Dr. Sabrina Sanchez, completed their Webster Technique certification, allowing them to better support pregnant patients throughout their pregnancy journey.

To provide personalized care, Dr. Ivan utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Drop Table, Pettibon, and Activator methods. Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and health goals.

In 2013, Dr. Ivan traveled to Bolivia on a chiropractic mission trip, where he provided care to hundreds of children in orphanages, military personnel, and underserved communities. The experience further strengthened his passion for serving others through chiropractic care.

Outside the office, Dr. Ivan enjoys exercising, freediving, spearfishing, and spending time with his wife and two young children.

DR. SABRINA SANCHEZ, D.C.

Dr. Sabrina Sanchez was inspired to become a chiropractor after witnessing her father recover from a serious workplace accident involving a fallen electrical pole. Seeing firsthand how chiropractic care helped restore his health and active lifestyle motivated her to dedicate her life to helping others heal naturally.

Dr. Sabrina is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, patient-centered chiropractic care. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal chiropractic care and is certified in the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis designed for pregnant women. She also utilizes Diversified, Drop Table, and Activator techniques to provide gentle and effective care for patients of all ages.

Nalani Watson

I’m Nalani Watsons. After graduating from Palmer Chiropractic College West, my I began my career in Beverly Hills, where I further refined my clinical skills and deepened my commitment to patient-centered care. Eventually, I made my way to the beautiful South Bay, where I feel fortunate to serve a vibrant and health-conscious community.

My journey into holistic medicine began in childhood, rooted in a family tradition of tending a vibrant vegetable and fruit garden. Growing up surrounded by nature instilled in me a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal and the powerful role that nourishment and environment play in overall wellness.

This early understanding of natural healing ultimately led me to pursue a career in chiropractic care. I was drawn to its philosophy of supporting the body’s structure and function without unnecessary intervention; helping patients restore balance, optimize movement, and trust their body’s inherent capacity to heal.

Outside the office, you can find me enjoying the beach, training at the gym, or chasing my kids at the botanical garden.

Lizeth Canales

Lizeth has been working in customer service for 14 years, showing a strong dedication to helping others. She loves her culture, especially its food, which reflects her pride in her heritage and customs.

It's touching to see how she wants to share her and her husband's cultural background with their son, highlighting the importance of knowing where you come from and valuing family traditions.

Family is always Lizeth's main focus, as shown by her enjoyment of taking short trips and exploring new places with her loved ones. She wants to create lasting memories together.

Lizeth also takes good care of her health by regularly visiting a chiropractor for the past three years. She believes in the benefits of chiropractic care and wants her family to experience them too.

Sarahí García Apodaca

Sarahi is originally from Mexico and has a background in Dentistry. She’s passionate about helping others and creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Sarahi loves spending time in nature, creating content about self-growth and relationships, and hanging out with her husband and their cat, Bruno.

Outside of work, Sarahi finds joy in the little adventures of life. She loves going camping, exploring remote places with her husband, and connecting with nature. Her weekends are often filled with peaceful getaways, creativity, and quality time with her cat, Bruno.

Her journey has been anything but ordinary — after earning a degree in Dentistry and working in the dental field, Sarahi discovered a deep passion for content creation and personal growth. She took a leap of faith to shift careers, building an online community centered around relationships, self-love, and meaningful living.

Now, as a Chiropractic Assistant, Sarahi is excited to grow professionally, strengthen her English, and develop excellent customer service skills. She values learning new things, connecting with people, and making every patient feel welcome and supported.

CHRISTINA VAN INGEN

Christina is of Indonesian and Dutch descent. She grew up in the South Bay and has an extreme passion for the community. Christina loves ALL animals and has had many different types! In her free time, Christina is also part of a choir that helps schools that do not have music programs. Christina's passion has allowed her to excel in the massage therapy field.

Her training has focused on anatomy and kinesiology which allows her to collaborate with other healers and achieve patient goals. Christina is well-versed in different massage modalities including deep tissue, myofascial, Swedish, and of course pregnancy.
